Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Mathicorn (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. If you're using it on behalf of a child, you accept these terms for them.

2. Who can use it

Mathicorn is intended for children to use under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Any account is created and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for activity under it, for keeping the password safe, and for supervising children's use.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial, educational use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App, or use it to break the law or harm others.

4. Accounts & data

Signing in is optional and used only to back up and sync progress. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete a player, sign out, or request full account deletion at any time.

5. The App is free and provided "as is"

Mathicorn is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free or always available. Educational content is for practice and may contain mistakes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because the App is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

7. Changes

We may update the App or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Apple App Store (for the iPhone/iPad version)

If you obtained the App from Apple's App Store, you also acknowledge:

• These Terms are between you and the developer (Brian Harmon) only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or losses relating to the App; any such matters are the developer's responsibility.
• You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list, and that you will comply with applicable third-party agreements (e.g. your wireless plan).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
